They also hone in on independent living, community, and youth empowerment. Currently, their Match the Grant Challenge partners your donations with other foundations in hopes of receiving $200,000 by June 22. Additionally, there are ample opportunities to volunteer through meal prep and kitchen services. Bowery also accepts donations of clothing, food, water, cleaning supplies, and bedding. The Amazon Smile Charity list outlines specific needs in facing COVID-19. More information regarding accepted products and donation centers dates and times can be found on their website.
Invisible People: https://invisiblepeople.tv/

Ways to get involved with this program include spreading awareness and contacting local legislators. One-time, monthly, or investment donations are available on their website and will be used to further the cause. The site also provides more information on criminalization of the homeless, veterans, tent cities, and panhandling. Overall, it works to convey the truths of homelessness and produce resources for all citizens to get involved.
